Hurricane Ike update #3...

Just a quick update... Hurricane Ike has been with us for about the last 12 hours or so and it doesn't seem to be letting up too much yet. We lost power last night at 3:17am and we're expecting to be without power for quite a while, maybe a week? We're dealing with the hurricane as best we can, it's the aftermath we're not looking forward to. No one has power (I guess they're saying 5 million customers are without service), no stores, gas stations, etc. so it may be a while before we can get groceries, etc. We have no phone service- house or cell- and I'm in Jason's car with the laptop plugged in out here just trying to get a quick message out to everyone that we are ok, just pray that the aftermath isn't as bad as they're predicting!
