Madison's Swim Meet- University of Houston

Madison had another swim meet this weekend- this time it was at the University of Houston. She always seems to get a little nervous when a meet is at a pool she's never swam at before and she started the morning a little "off", but once she started hanging out with her friends her nervousness wore off and she did great!
This is the pool at the U of H- so much smaller than the natatorium where she swims every day!

When Maddie got out of the pool, she walked away quickly and very determined... Jason & I had an idea where she was going... and we were right...

she went to see her coach from her summer league swim team, Coach Laura. We love Coach Laura, she really made Maddie love competitive swim... it is sometimes a bit uncomfortable when we run into her, though, especially at a swim meet, because she has started up her own USA swim team this year and we could have stayed with her, but Maddie really wanted to be on TWST so we switched. Maddie loves her and is really looking forward to swimming with her for summer league next summer.


All in all it was another great meet! G0 TWST!!!
